Automatic Pre-Pump Strainer /PPS/

 

 

Applications:
Filtering not only protects the pump before the pump, but the entire filtration system such as cooling towers or heat exchangers. The Automatic PPS protects pumping equipment before deterioration and thus helps to significantly extend the life of pumps and the entire system and provide more effective and efficient utilization.

This system Automatic PPS is designed to prevent obstruction of pumps and their systems of organic or inorganic residues, garbage and other mechanical impurities. The pump filtration system is connected to the inlet, which leads to the pump. The system is installed by immersion in water source (rivers, reservoirs, sea water).

Operation:
Flow of water through the filter, are recorded in situ organic or inorganic residues, waste, and mechanical impurities. Installing this equipment to prevent obstruction and damage to the pump. In addition, increase the effectiveness of the pump and filter system and reduce maintenance costs. The filter screen is automatically self-cleaned by the continuous and controlled rotation of the filter and spray nozzles. Accordingly, the residues, waste, and mechanical impurities are of the sieve ablation.
